With a dizzyingly high ceiling and ivory canvas, the Sailcloth Marquee is an elegant backdrop to your own style. Attention has been paid to creating wooden accents rather than metal or plastic, and the result is an organic yet f-a-n-c-y marquee. Have a look below for a breakdown of all its features, including hanging points, dimensions and all the options that come with it!

Sailcloth Marquee

The Sailcloth is 7 meters high at its highest point, 12 meters wide and either 18, 24, or 30 meters in length.
2

Entrance

The entrance is, in most cases, 2m in length. If planning on creating a feature of the entrance, the two entrance poles are a prefect support for this, as they can be decorated with foliage to your heart's content! The extra space on the outside of the two Wall Poles can be useful for placing table plans, umbrella stands, blanket boxes or perhaps a couple of barre tables with welcome drinks!
3

Clear Walls

1/2 of the Sailcloth Marquee walls are see-through with an ivory border lining the bottom part. The clear sides are perfect for bringing even more light in, whilst framing the beautiful scenery! Whether you want to create a huge back window towards a vista, or to bask one side in sunlight with the dance floor in the other, the placement of the walls is flexible, so let our team know how you would like the walls arranged! Any of the walls can also be removed to create an open structure, depending on weather.
4

Ivory Walls

Half of the Sailcloth walls are ivory in colour, and match the ceiling, helping to pull the eyes up to the beautiful height of the structure. The ivory sides are a great tool to filter out any less attractive areas of the field (e.g. the catering tent, generator, car park etc) and can be placed at any part of the structure, so let our team know how you would like the walls arranged to fit your special event! Any of the walls can also be removed to create an open structure, depending on weather.
5

Wooden King Poles and Flags

The apex of the Sailcloth is guided by the King Poles, which stand at just over 7 meters high. They are octagonal wooden poles which look fab inside alongside the matching wooden wall poles, creating a warm and welcoming tent with soft edges and attention to detail!
6

Resistance Straps

The ivory fabric straps are used by our team to keep the tent taught. They are secured to the ground at a 2 meter distance from the side.

Wooden King Poles

These octagonal solid wood beams provide the height of the Sailcloth. They do not restrict the placement of any key pieces of furniture such as your dance floor or bar, as we have special pieces with the poles cut out, made specifically for the Sailcloth! Placing flower rings around the poles is one great way of pulling the eyes up and creating a beautiful focal point!
2

Wooden Wall Poles

These are octagonal wooden poles which are 2.3m high, and which support the walls of the structure. The poles at each end are covered in spiralling fairy lights, which start at the top of the King Poles. You are welcome to dress the poles in greenery should you wish to, however they look great on their own too.
3

Pulley System for Hanging (on request)

An ideal place to hand decorations from is the space between the King Poles. If you want something hung high, let us know and we can install a pulley system by which you can easily lift and lower your decor. The wooden hanging ladders and flower hoops are available to hire from us as extras!
4

Above Head Loops

The space where the walls and the ceiling meet is 2.3m high, and has a number of loops available for hanging small things such as flowers from, should you wish to.
